产品性能/Product Performance 

  本产品为磷酸酯胺盐混合物，是一款具有极压抗磨、减摩及防锈性能的无灰多功能添加剂，应用于 各类工业油/脂、液压油、液力传动液、发动机油等。 

This product is a mixture of amine salt of phosphate ester. It is a multifunctional ashless additive with extreme pressure antiwear, friction reduction and antirust performance. It is applicable to various industrial oils or greases, hydraulic oils, hydraulic transmission fluids and engine oils, etc.

  *产品性能稳定，油溶性好，适用于各类矿物油和合成基础油。

         It has stable performance and good oil solubility. It is suitable for various mineral oils and synthetic base oils.

适用范围和推荐加剂量/Scope of Application and Recommended Dosage

 *工业油：0.1~0.5%Industrial Oils: 0.1~0.5%

 *润滑脂/齿轮油：0.5~1.0%Lubricating Greases/Gear Oils: 0.5~1.0%

 *发动机油：0.2~0.5%Engine Oils: 0.2~0.5%

 *金属加工液：0.5~1.0%Metalworking Fluids: 0.5~1.0%

技术指标/Technical Parameter

产品包装和验收

本产品采用200L铁桶包装，或根据客户需求采用BIC吨桶等包装形式。

产品标识、留样、交货验收按SH／T0164标准进行。

调油时，最高温度不应超过75℃,长期储存温度不应超过50℃。

本手册产品不易燃、不易爆、无腐蚀性，在安全、环保、使用等方面同一般石油产品。
