BSD-W3713 三乙醇胺硼酸酯是一种含氮硼酸酯衍生物，具有优秀的防锈性和极压抗磨性，是切削液、防锈水等体系的理想防锈添加剂。广泛应用于金属加 工、玻璃磨削、工业清洗、表面处理等行业中。 

BSD-W3713 triethanolamine borate is a nitrogen-containing borate ester derivative with outstanding anti-rust and extreme pressure anti-wear properties. It serves as an ideal rust inhibitor for cutting fluids, rust preventive solutions, and is widely used in metal processing, glass grinding, industrial cleaning, surface treatment. 

产品特点 Product Features 

 防锈性能好，铸铁屑实验，1.3%浓度可实现 0 级防锈； Superior rust prevention–Achieves Grade 0 rust protection (cast iron chip test) at 1.3% concentration. 

 抗硬水，在 1000ppm 硬水条件下澄清透明无析出； Hard water resistance–Remains clear and stable in 1000 ppm hard water with no precipitation. 

 可耐 30%以上氢氧化钠浓溶液，对柠檬酸、草酸、磷酸、氨基磺酸等常用酸 均有很好的耐受性； Withstands>30% NaOH concentrated solutions; compatible with citric/oxalic/ phosphoric/aminosulfonic acids. 

 极好的水溶性，水溶液无色透明、无泡； Excellent water solubility–Forms colorless, transparent, foam-free aqueous solutions. 

 良好的极压抗磨性； Exceptional extreme pressure & anti-wear performance. 

 非常高的碱储备能力，是良好的 pH 稳定剂。 High alkali reserve capacity–Acts as an effective pH stabilizer. 

适用范围及推荐加剂量 Scope of Applications and Recomended Dosage

 可应用于金属加工液、玻璃磨削液，建议原液添加量为 2.5~5%； Metalworking/glass grinding fluids: 2.5~5% (neat addition) 

 可应用于水性涂料，建议添加量为 0.1~1%； Water-based coatings: 0.1~1% 

 可稀释为防锈水，建议使用浓度为 0.8%~1.2%。 Rust preventive solutions: 0.8~1.2%
